Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items due to a change of mind. If you decide you no longer want the product, unfortunately we cannot process a return or refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, include all original tags, and be returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Request a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
